Thank you for subscribing to our newsletter – I trust that you enjoy and get many benefits from it.

I certainly don’t have all the answers, but my goal with OnCalm is to share what I’ve learned so far.

So look out for my newsletter, which I’ll send through every couple of weeks – sometimes it may be full of research and recent discoveries, other times maybe just some personal and private thoughts.

The key thing I’ve learned over my time in this area, is that managing and controlling stress (when you live in a high-stress environment), is a “way of life”, rather than just a quick “get-fit-quick” scheme.

So, enjoy your new way of life – believe me, it’s worth it!

Also, can I ask a couple of things, please?

(i) To make sure our newsletter doesn’t get trapped in spam folders, can you please add our details to your “email white list”.

To do this, simply add us to the “safe senders list” for Outlook, and for Gmail, simply drag this email into the “Primary” email folder and all will be good.

If you have problems, please let me know and I’ll send you more detailed instructions.
