Part 2 – “Relieving the Symptoms Caused by Stress”
As soon as we begin Phase 2, we begin to see and feel the benefits.
Because we need relief from the pain and symptoms caused by stress – to make it easy to start quickly and get immediate benefits – anywhere, anytime – all exercises are organised according to the benefit they provide, how much time you have available and also, where you are – if you are sitting privately, in a public area or in a meeting.
We begin with relaxation exercises that switch-on our Relaxation Engine and switch-off our Stress Engine – exercises you can do at the end of the day to wind down, or even to start the day, if you have a busy day ahead.
Specific exercises to switch-on calm, when we’re feeling tense and frustrated; others to switch-on energy when we are exhausted; different exercises to switch-on sleep, when our mind is still spinning; and others, to switch-on concentration when our brain feels scrambled.
All exercises are provided as guided meditations that you can or play through the OnCalm system directly on your smartphone, tablet or PC. In addition, full scripts and instructions are provided for all exercises, so you can download and refer to these at any time.

The guided meditations are beautifully set to tranquil background music, and most are available in beginner, intermediate and more advanced variations.
Phase 3 – The Building Blocks of Stress Defense
Controlling our stress, is not just about dealing with it when we begin to feel the effects. Equally important, is strengthening our body, so we are able to defend ourselves against the effects of future stress, plus, repairing the damage that has been done to our body because of the stress we have incurred in the past.
To achieve this, we need a defense system – a system we call “The Building Blocks of Stress Defense”.
The Building Blocks of Stress Defense, is a guided plan incorporating scientifically proven Meditation, Exercise, Nutrition and Sleep programs, that are designed to help your body to fix the damage caused by stress, and to strengthen and defend itself against the effects of future stress.
In Phase 3, we explain the physiology of how and why Meditation, Exercise, Nutrition and Sleep are critical, and also provide simple programs, guides and even meal and exercise plans for you to follow.
