We can all do with a bit more Calm and a bit less Stress in our lives.

Please use this Calm Flower when things are getting to you, or pass it to a friend who might need it.

I put this together for a friend’s daughter, who had feelings of anxiety at school and other public activities.

It’s hard sometimes to explain breathing, relaxation and meditation to a young teen – let alone, asking them to listen to a guided relaxation exercise.

So, I timed the opening/closing of the petals, with the breath control timing for the relaxation exercises.

So, all she needs to do now, whenever she starts to feel anxious, is watch and listen to the video (on her phone) and breath in time with the instructions.

It’s made a huge difference – so I decided to share it!
